I have over the years worked with ICI in a number of different ways.
In particular, I
- Was one of a panel of representatives responsible for the career development of the world-wide in-house lawyers
- Presented sessions at two of their Annual Conferences, and
- Designed and delivered a teambuilding intervention for the Company Secretary’s Department which consisted of 1:1 interviews, questionnaires and a bespoke team development away day.
ICI is a subsidiary of AkzoNobel a Dutch conglomerate and is one of the largest chemical producers in the world.
